I have used this program for many years and have always been very happy with it. The paid subscription is a small price to pay for what you get. Most other programs cost much much more.

I dont have any. It has been about 8 years since I started using the program and have not found another one I like more

I've installed and used the product for a few days. Works partially.
Cons
The remote audio does not work, at least in Evalution mode. Emails to both support@ & contact@access-remote-pc.com go unanswered.
Summary
Third party sales organization, no response from vendor / web site communications. I think they might be out of buisness and warn others before purchase.
