From ASP Painter :ASP Painter is a full-featured graphics component that has a large number of painting functions to draw lines, bars, rectangles, polygons, ellipses, arcs, pie charts, and text. ASP Painter can fill images, apply different filters and effects, and make different image transformations. It can load and save images from/to files, databases, and binary data streams in JPEG, BMP, PNG, TIFF, and GIF image formats. Since ASP Painter works with several images at the same time, you can copy, resize, rotate, merge image parts, and use images as painting brushes. This ActiveX component can be used in JScript, VBScript, Visual Basic, C++, or any other language with COM objects support. Complete source code is available for developers.
