From AIV software :AIV DVD cutter can extract clips of any length from a DVD movie. It helps in saving disk space. If the size of a DVD file is going out of space,then the file can be cut and stored in two CDs by using it. It comes with advanced facilities like display of start point, end point, and length of selection. It can play the selected part of the (clip) movie. Includes volume controller, play/pause, stop, new selection, and full screen display facilities.

Version 1.5 contains minor bug fixes.

Version: AIV DVD Cutter 1.5
Pros: it works with all dvd without any problem.
Cons: sometime it is not works with the dvd which many tracks.
Summary: But it is very good as it is free and how much application we get without money. overall it is good program.

Pros: You kidding?
Cons: Doesn't work - at least not on the clip I was trying to edit. Previous version worked fine, but like a fool I updated......
