Should be faster. An 546MB short video cost more than half an hour.

So far, this is horrible! 1st, the download didn't work with my Mac, I got a message telling me it is a windows program. The product is supposed to BE for an IPad, one would think they would make it for a MAC? Then I got it to download, but couldn't get it to open. Then came a message saying I had downloaded the program too many times. I downloaded it because it WOULDN'T OPEN. Opened briefly only to find the company had sent me a "FREE TRIAL". I paid for this program! Then I downloaded the free trial on the main site thinking that would work and I could use the registration number sent to me with my conf. of purchase. I was able to open the free trial from the site only to have it require a "License Agreement". They only sent me a registration code + an order ID. They did not send me a License agreement. Beside which, the "free trial" keeps shutting down. + There is no real-time customer support. So now I am out over $20 for nothing but 1 hour of aggravation? DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
