Version: 4Media MP4 Converter 5.1.26.1204
Pros: This program has the most options and gives the best quality converts over any other program I have tried. I'm surprised by the small number of downloads on here. Can convert multiple files and split. Supports a nice list for output format.
Cons: I don't like that it is not free, but what are ya gunna do?
