3D fileSpace gives you a bird's eye view of all your files and folders, so you get quick and direct point-and-click access to each of hundreds of items, far more than a regular 2D view can show. And you can quickly see what is inside multiple nested folders, without having to painstakingly navigate to each one. You can drag and drop and perform Finder-like tasks. You can pan, zoom and tilt the view so it shows its contents as you prefer.

You can have a single window composed of multiple panes each showing a Finder folder and the contents of folders inside, so you can keep on hand in a single window all the files and folders you use day to day. And each pane can be quickly expanded into a new full-size window, any time you wish to see the full details. And any 3D window can be turned into a drawer that sits along the edge of the screen taking almost no space yet immediately accessible.

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />like someone said, not every view is right for every person. Something tells me this will be "right" for very very few people. I find it clumsy to navigate, I couldn't figure out how to eject a volume, and it's movements got me lost fast. My need is to browse and find stuff on my hard drive quickly and this just doesn't do that. Otherwise it's a neat concept and I wish the developer the best of luck in future releases.

I had the same experience as the other users here: when i first installed it, and then clicked on one of the application aliases, the alias just bounced up and down interminably, without opening the underlying app. Don't waste your time on this thing. It's garbage.

If you're skeptical about this app, so was I, until I tried it. It's simply amazing, nice to look at, but more importantly, it's insanely usable. I have tried all the launchers and never liked any of them in OS 9 i just had aliases in folder tabs, this though will totally change and accelerate the way I use my Mac. Well done!

I tend to arrange things by what they do (editors, film, sound, art, internet, etc) and this is perfect for that kind of approach. As a photographer, I'm also visually orientated, so there's a second point for it. Finally, as I ran it and checked it's memory and CPU usage, I was impressed. About the same or perhaps ess than DragThing AFA memory; nice low CPU usage. This actually IS more than a gimmick. Hmmmm...
