Version: 3D Box Shot Maker 1
"Badly needs anti-aliasing feature"
Pros: Easy to use and performs more or less as advertised; no special knowledge required to produce results; live preview
Cons: Results look terrible without anti-aliasing - this feature is sorely needed, then it would be great!
-
Version: 3D Box Shot Maker 1
Pros: It's free. Expect to get what you pay for.
Cons: Lots of image distortion and corruption. The problem wasn't with the image source files, because I used the same images in a Boxshot 3D demo and got excellent results. The resulting shot with this was completely illegible.
Summary: This was a waste of time. It produces a shot, but it is too distorted & corrupted to be worth anything.

Version: 3D Box Shot Maker 1
Pros: Easy to use, highly extensible
Cons: I gave it a BMP, GIF, JPG and PNG and all of them were corrupted and spat out corrupted images. If I had wrong dimensions, the program should have told me. I also couldn't specify the background to place the image on.
Summary: No good to me.
