1Mobile Market brings you a selection of some of the best and most interesting Google Play apps as chosen by a group of editors. With its extensive yet specific categories and helpful autocomplete search feature, it can make it easier for you to discover and install top apps.

Pros

Fast and accessible: Because it features only free, mostly top-rated apps, 1Mobile Market proves easier to digest than Google Play, helping you to discover interesting titles that you might otherwise miss.

Powerful search: The autocomplete feature for the search bar, rather than showing you suggested keywords like in Google Play, provides a dozen or so relevant app titles, saving you a few taps and allowing you to jump straight to the app you want, which you can install with one tap.

Cons

Plastic interface: Compared to the Google Play interface, which it attempts to mimic, this app's UI, especially the Home, looks cheap and unpolished. What's more, at the bottom of the screen you'll find a gaudy, conspicuous banner ad that takes up quite a lot of screen space and that you have to put up with at all times.

Occasional quirks: During our tests we occasionally encountered 3MB apps that would take more than a minute to install, as well as broken app links.

Bottom Line

1Mobile Market makes the discovery of worthwhile free apps faster and more convenient than through Google Play, though it does have its own faults. It's not a replacement or a rival for the mighty Google Play, but rather a little brother, a good companion for app enthusiasts. It may help you cut software expenses, since all apps it features are free.

Good Android market
tatbiqatmobileAugust 31, 2017
Pros
1mobile Market is a great android market because it propose many apps that are not available in other stores, moreover it has many categories that aren't available in the play store . 1mobile market apk http://download.cnet.com/1Mobile-Market/3000-2071_4-75450771.html In this link i have find many other reasons that pushed me to use this market
Cons
It is not secure as the Google Play store
Summary
The 1Mobile Market App contains PORNOGRAPHY (PORN)
ChunkyChickenChimichangaFebruary 10, 2015
Pros
There are no pros.
Cons
1Mobile Market has porn apps available. If you use the tablet and go to their app and search for "porn" you will get about 60 xxx porn apps available for download. However, if you go to 1Mobile Market's web site on a PC computer (not a tablet) and search for keyword "porn" it says "Sorry, No Result!" This company is very deceptive. The Google Play Store does not serve any porn and is somewhat more safe for your children.
Summary
There are quite a number of "gray market" tablets for sale that do not come with Google Play Store and instead are preloaded with 1Mobile Market (we bought 84 inexpensive android tablets for our business that had 1Mobile Market installed). There are many parents online complaining about this horrific porno problem that is directly caused by the 1Mobile Market app. This was a disaster for our business and took quite a while to remove from 84 tablets.
Stay away from this scraping site.
jsjsweJune 12, 2014
Pros
Stick with Google Play - it's far safer
Cons
This is a scraping site. It is not a "market". This site copies free apps from Google Play, posts them on the site and places ads beside the apps, thereby making money for 1Mobile without any authorization from or payment to the author(s) of the apps. Sites like this cause a lot of problems for app developers because they frequently have old, outdated versions of apps which may not work properly. They also damage the reputations of app developers because they give the impression that the developers themselves have uploaded these old versions to the site, which they have not.
Summary
Do yourself and the app developers a favour and stay away from this site. Use Google Play instead.
Market looks good but has pirated apps with malware
menobenoJune 6, 2014
Pros
The cons outweigh the pros.
Cons
Pirated apps containing malware. Seems like no protection or control. Had to reset my device.
Summary
I would be very careful with this market. I downloaded an app on my tablet and I had to factory reset after I caught my phone trying to phone some extension abroad.
App store for ROOTED DEVICES
BookerTMJanuary 30, 2014
Pros
Lets you download apps that the Google Play Store won't allow you to get due to incompatibility. Great for rooted devices.
Cons
Has pirated software, many apps won't work without root or paying for license.
Summary
Great if you know what you are doing, and very useful for off-brand devices with compatibility issues with Google Play Store apps. Has extra features that work only on rooted devices. Definitely not for everyone!
DO NOT INSTALL!!!
EzraGarrisonDecember 30, 2013
Pros
Nothing at all.
Cons
EVERYTHING in this "store" is either the same free version available on Google Play, or a pirated version chock full of backdooring adware, spyware and malware. I downloaded it trying to get Minecraft Pocket Edition on my son's Nabi Jr and ended up having to do a full factory wipe and reset through recovery to remove all the garbage it installed on his tablet! DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THIS TRASH!!! Shame on CNet for recommending it to their readers!!!
Summary
DO NOT INSTALL!!! IF YOU DO, DON'T SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED!!!
GREAT APP!
madinpacnetSeptember 6, 2013
Pros
This App allowed me to hook my wife up with her beloved Candy Crush Saga to be played on her Amazon Fire HD! The program is fantastic - easy to use - I achieved it functional on my first attempt - There's nothing but awesome words to describe this APP! Don't be afraid to download it & use it - You WON'T regret it!
Cons
None that I could even think of - maybe just a different name for the App!
Summary
My summary is this : This APP is fully awesome!
One of my favorite apps.
