Most useful program I have ever used
NDcandel- Pros
- It saves so much time. I used to spend hours and hours getting schedules out each month now it takes me no time at all.

- It is easy to generate very detailed reports with the query option. I can easily find the right staff member to fill open shifts. The Copy multiple function is a huge time saver. The coverage totals are a big help to make sure that I always have enough people staffed without over scheduling.
Great product and will save you time and money!

- Easy to use. Loads of useful info at my disposal. Highly customizable. Saves me tons of time.

- Since it's so highly customizable, there's a bit of set up to do before you can start scheduling. But the payoff for the set up is MORE than worth your time.

- I schedule a lot of nurses for a hospital and it was always a pain dealing with paper schedules, overly complex Excel spreadsheets, remembering when people were taking time off, making sure I had correct coverage, etc. This program helps me to do all of the things I was trying to manage before. There was a good bit of set up to do with the software, but after the set up is done it's so nice having all of the information I need right there in front of me. Also, since I was new to the software, I had to call their Customer Service department and they helped me out. I didn't sit on hold at all which was nice.

- - Easy to use - Shows me exactly how many people and how many hours are scheduled. - Reports can break down departments and shifts. - You can email personal schedules - The people at VSS are easy to get a hold of and are very helpful.

- I don't use all of the features. There is more here than what I need. Not really a complaint, just an observation.
- Summary
- It sure beats doing everything in Excel by hand. VSS has saved me and my staff a lot of time. My employees like it to because I can easily distribute my schedules to them via email.

very bad demo installation package

- I download the demo, try to install it, the installation stopped with an illegal operation, and when I go online and search for answer, it tells me to download an update. Guess what, the update needs a matching serial number, and my serial number that I obtained online never match. <p>Please build a demo that works!
