Each session features hypnotherapy by Terrence the Teacher using positive suggestions and Neuro-Linguistic programming techniques that can assist you towards positive change. You can listen to the audios as often as you want or need to.The Toots feature has short fire reminders of the positive changes you are making.I created the 'The Train Trip' series as a modern day tool to help people achieve personal goals that they have set for themselves and need some help with.All all that is left now is to sit back and enjoy the journey!
