This app is provides you with badminton footwork training using random shadow footwork drills to improve your speed. Improve your badminton footwork skills in no time! Using Steps, movement across the court will become second nature, giving you the time to play the shots that you want. As you practice more, footwork will no longer hold you back in improving your badminton game.

To use this app:

Select the corners you want to practice by checking the corresponding circles.

Enter your shot speed (seconds), number of sets, number of shots per set and rest period.

The app will randomly select corners to simulate a real badminton rally. Upon seeing the arrow light up, move toward the corresponding corner on court, play the shot that is displayed at the top of the screen and return back to the center to wait for the next shot.

Decrease the shot speed and increase the set length as your movements become faster and more fluent.
