This app offers a mobile solution for Athletic Trainers and their documentation/injury case management needs. Features:- Web-based, HIPAA/FERPA compliant hosting platform where data and file attachments are encrypted for security- Record a Quick Note on injuries, perform detailed, body-part-specific SOAP Note evaluations - Conduct SCAT3 assessments for concussion on the sideline using your smart phone or tablet- Configure your own unique templates in SOAP Note format- Send customized and printable reports in real-time to coaches, physicians, administrators, parents, or other Athletic Trainers with a secure messaging systemSOAP Notes SHARK Docs offers the user SOAP Note templates that are specific to each part of the body. The friendliness of checkboxes and yes/no options limit the amount of narrative text and overall time needed to thoroughly document injuries and illnesses. Users can also use the configure assessment option to customize their SOAP Note templates.Quick NotesThe Quick Note offers the user a narrative function to update an existing case, document conversations with patients and physicians, and add any notes that pertain to a patients case.
