Pros
I recently trialed and purchased RemoteCall and I was mostly impressed by the amount of features that came with the product. I was constantly being reminded of how much bang I was getting with my buck. On top of that the customer support was really kind and quick to respond. To be honest the best part about the software was how well priced it was. I ended up purchasing it for $299 / Year which I thought was more than reasonable for this quality of software.
Cons
I dont feel like there are many but since I'm writing in the "Cons" section I feel obligated to point out at least one flaw... My biggest complaint, which I don't feel is very big at all on the grand scheme of things, would be that it updates pretty frequently. Now it only takes a few seconds and it's probably more of a "Pro" than it is a "Con" but I can see how some people might not like it.
Summary
Overall I think RemoteCall is a solid piece of software and I would definitely recommend you guys give it a try. I believe they offer a free trial for all their products

Pros
FAST. The performance and responsiveness when controlling a remote computer is great. I personally like that it is an application and not a web interface, plus client-less for my customers. They don't need to download any programs before connecting.
Cons
You have to go to their website (rsupport.com) to sign up for an ID and Password before you can use RemoteCall. 2 steps for trial: download here, then there to sign up. The price is a bit much for me, but a rep told me they also have a Lite version.
Summary
As I said the performance is great and the support rep. interface to the application is slick and easy to use. I had a few questions when I started using this program and contacted the support team. They were helpful and my problems were taken care of. Not mentioned here is their support site: helpdesk.rsupport.com. Overall a good product and strong contender in this category in comparison with LogMeIn Rescue and GoToAssist. Priced cheaper, but still not cheap though. As I said, when I contacted the support team they told me about a Lite version - RemoteCall 5.0 Lite that was $599. Mind you, some of the "Pro" features were missing, but it was still solid for SMB use. I also tested this on a Mac and it worked fine. Can't think of anything else....
