With a few simple clicks the calculator provides you with a clear "yes" or "no" answer as to whether phototherapy is required. the calculator then goes even further and actually plots the bilirubin level on the AAP nomogram, with the infant's risk line clearly marked. the application is internationally friendly allowing the bilirubin level to be entered using either mg/dL or. mol/L and has the option to calculate the infants age at the time the blood sampling.
