Just flip the "Trending Threads" switch off and you'll only be notified of pinned threads. Don't want to miss out on the oil price discussion, but could do without the NSFW threads? You're covered, too. Just flip the "Ignore NSFW" switch. With Buzzwords, you can create your own custom set of keyword search terms that you'd like to be notified about.
