*** If the source data changes, the code will be updated to resolve this ***This is a very simple, but effective Live Timing App for the Le Mans 24 hours. It has been developed with speed and lightweightness in mind. It displays the race position, name of the entry, driver, class, number of laps completed, gap, last lap and fastest lap.It is best used on a larger screened smartphone, but should work adequately on smaller screened devices as well.The App itself is around 300k to download. It refreshes the times immediately and then needs to be manually refreshed to update the times. Each time a refresh is issued it uses about 5k of data. It will need a valid wifi or 3g connection to work, as it retrieves the data from the internet. Therefore please use in accordance with your data plan. Roaming charges may apply, depending on your contract terms, if you use this excessively or abroad.*** At the moment the App displays the same data, this is because the data feed is up, but obviously no cars are going round. The App will only start to show updated data when the Free Practice sessions on Wednesday the 19th commence. ***The App was Beta tested over the Test Day weekend of the Le Mans 2013 race. The updates were seen coming through and following that extensive Beta test on multiple devices a few improvements were made.Please give constructive feedback on using this App and any features, but be aware that it will not be substantially updated until after the 2013 24 hours.Please also see our other Motorsport related Apps and especially a Visual Guide to the 2013 race entries, featuring up to date photographs of all of the cars taking part this year.
