iHypnobirth is an app for pregnant women designed to create a relaxed, positive and empowered state of mind both before and during the birth of their babies. iHypnobirth contains tailored meditations for self-hypnosis and positive birth affirmations each created specifically for labour and birth.iHypnobirth was created by Psychologist & hypnatal practitioner Dr Alex McKay and NLP trained Charlotte Maslen MA HONs. With five children between them they have first-hand experience of the power that self-hypnosis and positive affirmations have on pregnancy and birth.
