This is a special software specially designed for cyber cafe, especially for me. It reduces paper work and lot of problems relating to books of records. I feel very comfortable with this software now. It is an accurate and correct software to maintain the information regarding customers. The great thing is that you have added so many features which is very helpful for me and my cyber cafe like, showing downloading, many reports, and so many other things With the help of this software there is no risk of any type of loss of safety. Lot of value-added features, typically used by any cyber cafe Auto-close session is extremely useful, just like Lock / Unlock server. These 3 features make it very flexible Set Session time is very neat for kids. I can predetermine their browsing time All features are meaningful and make sense in Indian market

Desperately waiting for supporting thin client (NComputing) Need a scanner manager like printer manager

iCafe Manager is a third product I used for managing my cyber cafe. I can certainly say that iCafe Manager is better than the others, perhaps the best. Striking features include very good accounting, printer manager, bandwidth monitor, website blocking and membership package. The best part of iCafe Manager is that it is very easy to use and learn.

downloading this software has made managing my cafe easy for me, I am now also to bill correctly, save money and at the same time ensure that even when i am not there, i can track the usage and collection correctly. any problem and doubt is resolved quickly by call centre. best part is that it is free. i will recommend this to all cyber cafes.

Was difficult with 3 employees earlier to track accounts. now with icafe manager software i can track everything including print/ bandwidth. 100% Free of cost.
Cons
customers took 2-3 days to adjust with ads. but free of cost sfotware and support so its ok. atleast i save more money now.

Pros
Installation process is very easy. Print manger is a excellent feature to track the count of prints. Bandwidth monitor and security settings are very useful features for cybercafes.

I am using iCafeManager. I could download and install it on my own using the Quick Start Guide. It is easy to understand and I have always referred it whenever I had any problems. The Quick Help which is available on each screen also provides description of the feature and its usage. Many questions that came to my mind were answered through FAQs. I am very thankful to the team for developing such a wonderful product.
