Seems Intuitive Flexible (if it works 100%)
Cons
* Is not as easy to setup as advertised. HRS says anyone can use it but you have to be an advanced programmer. * HRS support Dept. has very poor people skills and getting help is like pulling teeth. * Company is in denial that they released an incomplete product to market. user beware. * Product seems affordable but there are tons of hidden fees for support and programming help.
Summary
Product has great potential if HRS owns up and fixes their mistakes.it has potential to give Crestron and AMX a run for their money otherwise.
