HDD Code is a very simple utility designed to convert the date code on a Seagate hard drive into a human readable version. I often need to return hard drives back to suppliers for warranty purposes and designed this app to take away the complication of determining a units age.Simple concise output of both build date and warranty* are provided.*Warranty is only an indication of actual status, full warranty acceptance can only be confirmed by Seagate during warranty submission.Credits go to Paul Vidonne of LERTI for kind permission for logic which this app is based. www.lerti.fr
