Gentle Alarm for Android displays when the next alarm will play, tap on the alarm to edit the alarm settings, fling the alarm to skip it, this will automatically schedule the next alarm. This application contains list of all alarms, quickly see which alarms are disabled, which play on weekends, purge expired alarms, and tap an alarm to adjust its settings. While you sleep, you drift forth and back between phases of deep sleep and light sleep during which you dream. The key to a refreshing sleep is to wake up during a light sleep phase. If your alarm clock starts blaring while you are in deep sleep, you will feel groggy no matter how much sleep you got that night.
