It organises fitness tests into specific Fitness Components, explains how to correctly perform each test and most importantly; gives you a personal colour-coded result ranging from Needs Work to Fair, Good, Very Good and Excellent.Features include; Create an individual profile for up to 2 different users (with option to purchase extra users) 20 different fitness tests divided into 9 specific fitness components (such as speed, muscular power, aerobic endurance, flexibility, muscular strength, etc) Detailed instructions on how to perform each fitness test Choose which tests you will perform (choose 1 or up to 20) the App gives you results based on your profile (age, gender, etc) You get an overall fitness rating based on your test results Provides results in an easy to read graph which you can export via email, Dropbox and Google drive **Note: In-app purchases are considered 'consumables' and are not transferable to other devices.
