Xilytix has proposed a standard for text files which contain tables of values. For example, CSV files. This proposed standard can be viewed at http://www.fieldedtext.org.To support this proposed standard, Xilytix has developed a .NET library for parsing and generating fielded text files and a specialised editor for viewing and modifying these files.
