X.app is focused on creating the best extension apps for iPhone and iPad.
Currently X.app features 2 extensions:
- Picture-in-Picture Video Extension, which activates PiP mode in Safari, YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, Instagram, IGTV, TikTok and other video apps;
- Fullscreen Video Extension (iPad focused), which activates native fullscreen UI in YouTube and Twitch instead of HTML version and 16:9 video mode when iPad is connect to an external display, instead of mirroring a 4:3 box.
Other extensions are going to be added in future updates.
