WallpaperCuts was founded in early 2007 and went live on August 14th, 2007. WallpaperCuts is the published of the WallpaperCuts application, which downloads a new desktop wallpaper every day. WallpaperCuts works with both home users and enterprise users, with additional features available for enterprise users.
