SoftProject GmbH was founded in 2000 and is based in Ettlingen, in the heart of the Karlsruhe Technology Region. With more than 75 employees, we develop the Business Process Management Suite X4 to improve the efficiency of business processes.
SoftProject has been successfully supporting companies with the optimization and automation of their business processes for a number of years. X4 provides preconfigured processes for various branches, allowing for a quick implementation. X4 serves as a central tool to integrate practically any and all IT systems. Employees, partners and customers can be easily incorporated into business processes using adapters (EDI, SEPA, SAP R/3, PDF etc.) or the comfortable user interface.
SoftProject works with customers from many different branches, including insurance, banks, public utilities, logistics, and commerce, among others. Over 250 national and international companies have used X4 to successfully optimize their business processes.
