SearchBlox is an out-of-the-box Enterprise Search Solution built on top of Apache Lucene. It is fast to deploy, easy to manage and available for both on-premise and cloud deployment. SearchBlox is built on Apache Lucene - the leading open source search library. Search indexes built using SearchBlox adhere to open standards and offer greater flexibility compared to closed proprietary platforms. Integrated Crawlers SearchBlox provides crawlers for Filesystems, HTTP/HTTPS and RSS Feeds that work out-of-the-box. The HTTP/HTTPS crawler can index both public and protected content. Multi-lingual Support SearchBlox can index content in 37 languages including European and Asian languages. Stopwords and stemming are also supported for the different languages. On-premise or Cloud Deployment SearchBlox is packaged for fast deployment to Windows, Linux and Mac OS X operating systems. In addition, it is also available for deployment on Amazon Web Services Platform (AWS) and Rackspace.
