We provide web-based savings bonds calculators, including an option to import a spreadsheet of bonds, to help users inventory and value their paper savings bonds.
The primary intent behind the web-app was to design an alternative option for users to build a spreadsheet (csv or xlsx) of their savings bonds and then be able to import that file to determine the cost, interest earned and the redemption value of all their bonds at once.
A tool for this did exist once in the form of a Savings Bond Wizard from the Treasury Direct. However, they retired this tool a few years ago leaving a gap in the market for a such a utility.
We do also provide an individual and savings bond tax calculator as well.
