Roger F. Gay started his professional life with degrees in electrical / electronic (1980) and bio-engineering (1983). He has since worked for companies ranging in size and country (US and Sweden) as an independent consultant, and as a researcher and entrepreneur. Early programming experience focused on math and engineering. Having the software bug, he has since developed graphics processing and business software, websocket technology, and worked on AI and robotics projects, among other things. His early introduction to artificial intelligence is described in a blog article entitled "The Ghosts in My Machine, Chapter 1" (highlevellogic.blogspot.se) He has worked on his "dream system" for years as part of the High Level Logic Project. The project has recently entered the early stage of commercialization with new products being developed from existing prototypes.
