Company History. Proquis Limited is a British company established in 1992. The company was formed after recognizing the opportunity to develop and market PROQUIS 9000. In October 2000, a development office was opened in Boston MA, USA when Proquis Ltd. acquired the worldwide license for the development and distribution of allCLEAR. Proquis also has a worldwide distribution and training network.
