Maxapt is the software development department of the Mordovian State University. The Mordovian State University was founded in 1931, and is located in the capital city of Mordovia - Saransk. The Mordovian State University is one of the top hundred and largest higher educational establishments in Russia. It was recently ranked among the top 10 regional universities (2005).
