Mattia Traverso

Back in 2003, i always wanted to make a game. I tried to learn how to code but i didn't know what code means. I had plenty of tutorials of c or java but i couldn't read more then the first page! I started with The Games Factory with not so good results in 2004. Then, in 2009 (Five years, what's in the middle? I don't remember!), i tried to make with a friend a game about the "Guinnes" beer. It was a crazy game in which aliens stole all the beers and you could use them to obtain health and powers. It featured a nice cutscene made in paint but zero gameplay. (I need to find it.) We also started a game called "Jack's Mind", an adventure game based on dreams, where your inventory is what you (the character) can imagine. It was never completed. A bit later i found my nickname. Since my surname is "Traverso" that can be translated in "Cross" and my name is "Mattia", i decided to call me MaTX. I then started studying c++, copying samples from the internet. Scared by such a complex language i tried Actionscript. And there i found God. I made a simple game, called FallingBall. After two years and three jam games, i can finally say i know how to code and i'll be probably fine with the c++ itself. My first good game is One and One Story. It's not yet published (Check the games section), but it should be good! You are going to play it soon. Thanks for reading this!
