Guoyu Software is a software company established in Zhuhai, China in 2009. It is a privately held enterprise dedicated to developing software solutions for IT service management (ITSM), or known as "Helpdesk System", based on ITIL V3 and ISO20000. The founder of the company is Albert He, he is also the Managing Director of the company to date. Mr Sinba Wang has been the Chief Software Architect since the company founded.
