Hotfiler is a windows desktop based utility that enables you to bulk-manage files on your computer.
Hotfiler allows you to carry out generic changes in bulk. These changes can be renaming, tidying up, changing properties & attributes of any number of files in one go and (optionally) recursively looking into each and every subfolder and making the same changes to the files in them.
