CTG Network Manager is developed by Cascade Technologies Group, LLC of
Lakewood Washington. CTG Network Manager Software was developed after the
owner obtained the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITILC)
Foundation certification and was interested in finding software that
followed the ITIL Framework.
After researching available software, it was determined that the available
software did not follow the ITIL framework closely enough and were too
expensive placing it outside the reach of small to medium businesses. It was
at this point that the company set out to write a program meeting the ITIL
requirements we had been searching for and was determined to make it an
affordable software application for businesses of any size.
