Having begun his reality career in 1997 as a cast member on MTVs The Real World: Boston, he quickly made the transition to working behind the scenes the following year as an Associate Casting Director for The Real World: Hawaii. Over the last 15 years, Jason has helped networks and production companies successfully cast over 100 shows. Damon grew up in Texas and attended the University of Texas as Austin with a B.A. in English.Tony Miros - Casting Director - PartnerTony's impressive career in Reality TV began at Bunim-Murray Production - where he worked as a Casting Coordinator/Associate on several of the company's most successful shows including The Real World (Denver, Sydney, and Hollywood), Road Rules: Viewers Revenge, and America's Psychic Challenge.
