Coin Up is a revolutionary mobile app that "rounds up and donates your everyday credit/debit card transactions to your chosen charity each month.

How it works:

1. Select a cause or nonprofit you are passionate about by name, zip code, or category.

(If you dont see your cause, let us know and we will make every effort to sign them up!)

2. Select a monthly goal/limit.

3. Choose a "One Time Donation", a Fixed Monthly Amount", or "Round Up & Donate"

4. Link your regular debit or credit card to automatically send your donations directly to your charity of choice each month.

5. If you choose to Round Up & Donate" here's how it works:

After confirming your Coin Up account, just go about your usual spending. Let's say you purchase your morning coffee for $3.25, the app will "round up" this amount by "$.75" to $4. While the "round up" does not happen at the actual point of sale, the $.75 is added to to the aggregated "spare change" calculations throughout the month. At the end of each month, your card will be charged for the total "spare change" accumulated (up to the limit you set, $5 minimum) and sent directly to your selected charity.

6. You will receive a monthly snapshot that reflects the donation you made to your charity - whether it was school supplies for 10 children, 15 family toiletry kits, 5 days of counseling for our veterans, or other countless examples of what your everyday spare change did for our communities!

7. At the end of the year, you will receive a tax donation receipt from your organization that confirms your total annual donation.
