Champ@me app allows immediate access to the public area of Champalimaud Foundation by displaying constant updates about events and information, while allowing:- Medical appointments (for first time patients)- Information about protocols with insurance companies - Information about Foundations medical specialties- Information about medical staff- Identification of points of interest existing on the Foundation venue (that can be visited by patients)- Access to all Clinical Center contact channelsChamp@me app also allows access to a private area through a bi-dimensional code printed on every patients personal card or by inserting a set of User and Password credentials. In this area, the user will also have access to: - Information about his/her patient profile- Messages exchanged with the Patient Manager- Notifications about next Appointments/Exams- Calendar management, with reference to past and future acts- Clinical reports- Financial records consultation- Appointments/Exams requests- Direct contact with Clinical Center
