At your doctor's office and need to check the status of a claim or show your member ID card? Not sure what your copay is, or where you're at with your deductible? No worries, your BridgeSpan Health app has all the information you need. Your privacy is important to us, and your health information is confidential. That's why you must sign in to use the BridgeSpan Health app. Once you're signed in with your username and password or Touch ID (for iPhone 5s and above), you can: - Retrieve your member ID card on your phone less card clutter in your wallet!- Access the Advice24 nurse line right from the app get your questions answered without an appointment.- See your recent claims and where you are with your deductible and out-of-pocket maximum.- Send and receive secure emails with our customer service team for easy answers on the go.- Locate the closest urgent care facility and get driving directions, or call the doctor right from the app. We're always working to improve your health plan experience.
