BitNami LAPPStack for Linux (64-bit) simplifies the development and deployment of PHP applications. It includes ready-to-run versions of Apache, PostgreSQL, PHP and phpPgAdmin, and required dependencies. It can be deployed using a native installer, as a virtual machine or in the cloud. BitNami LAPPStack is distributed for free under the Apache 2.0 license. PHP is an HTML-embedded scripting language. Much of its syntax is borrowed from C, Java and Perl with a couple of unique PHP-specific features thrown in. The goal of the language is to allow web developers to write dynamically generated pages quickly. The BitNami LAPPStack native installers were packaged using BitRock's cross platform installer tool.
