  It didn't appear to really do a good custom search and just left me feeling that it was missing something, so I uninstall it after the first day.

  Forces you to make decisions that are over the average user's head, such as eliminating a registry key that changes, with a simple yes or no. In all fairness to the program ,my machine function is so altered by the "GET FLASH PLAYER" pop up parasite (downloaded with adobe reader 8 from their site a month ago), I would bet under more or less normal circumstances, the pop-up alert balloon will go away with a yes or no response. My balloon doesn't respond-just sits there blocking 1/4 of my screen.

  My Windows Defender went crazy the other day, and suddenly would not let me exclude my own personal keylogger and an old version of Bearshare (adware present in setup file but fully disabled after installation) from real-time protection. I tried a few products, and Wincleaner seems to parallel the functions of Windows Defender closely, with real-time protection, like Windows Defender. Wincleaner has not produced any false positives or any false negatives (compared to detailed previous Windows Defender results, Ad-aware scans, and scans of one other product). I checked the spywarewarrior site as recommended by *stevestsa*, but Wincleaner is not mentioned there at all. I'd say it's definitely NOT rogue.

  Cons

  I can only *just ignore* my keylogger and old Bearshare at the end of a scan. It would be nice to be able to add them to an *always exlude* list, or something like that.

  Just installed this a few days ago and everything works very good .I had windows defender before this and didn't really trust that .This seem to work fine install was easy works well with my antivirus antivir and spyware blaster

  New version seems to do all it promises. Finds malwere and protects system and against attacking malwere.

  Takes about 10 Mb resources, but that's not much for me, but maybe too much for someone.
