  I really like the number of features available. Co-browse, survey management, and reporting just to name a few. The reporting capabilities from the agent to account level are incredible. They're great for refining my customer service experience. My colleagues and I were unsure what to expect from live chat but after we added the Velaro chat tool to the site calls to the support line went down 20% and sales up 10%! <p> <p>The staff at Velaro are great too. I am not a very technical guy so I needed some help with setup and my initial configuration. Velaro assigned me a dedicated support agent that was always there to answer my questions. Velaro has been great both in product and support.

  Cons

  There are so many features and customizations that Velaro can seem overwhelming at first. I would really suggest an online training session with a support person.

  The price was right compared to other chat apps. The feature set is very good for the price. Velaro is always working to make their app better and adding new features. Fairly easy to administor.

  Cons

  Can be buggy at times.(Fixable Tho) Doesn't like some web pages.(There are workarounds) Make sure you understand the feature set you are going to get when you buy it. Their wording is not clear. Almost everything else costs a lot extra.

  When it came time to purchase the software for $19.95 it was $59.95! Not a one-time charge as advertised, but $59.95 every 3 months. This type of deceptive marketing ruins it for HONEST Web Site Owners. They would not even bill it monthly. NO software is worth that. If your sales have been slow, this is why!

  I am stil in the process of playing with product. Initially it looks to be what I have been looking for. The support was excellent. Jasen helped me and the front line got me to him quickly. Even in a time differnt zone. I was very pleased.

  We bought it for the simplicity in integrating it in to our website, and we ended up getting it up and running in about 2 minutes. It is so feature rich, it makes me feel bad for the competition, such as LivePerson. When choosing a on-line chat, this is the only choice. I suppose the best thing for pessimists is that if for some insane reason, you don't like it, it's probably just as easy to remove from your site. That is to say, there is no risk for trying this web enhancing software. Even the big guys aren't fully utilizing this technology yet - which is rediculous considering how cheap it is, and how much my potential and future customers enjoy being able to talk to a rep 24 hours a day.

  Velaro provides an affordable option with all the features of more pricey solutions offered by the likes of LivePerson. Their web based Admin interface is well structured and provides all the info necessary to manage my support team from any location. My Clients also find the client interface fast and easy to use. Velaro offers knowledgeable and responsive customer and technical support. Their free, live, 2-week trial let me prove their product live on my site with no upfront cost or commitment.

  This product was a breeze to setup. I had online web support fully functional on my site within 10 minutes. I tried a number of different chat vendors (Bold Chat, LiveHuman, PHP Live) and decided to go with Velaro. They seem to offer the most customization and a very comprehensive feature set. In addition, i had a few questions while setting up my site. Their customer support was very pro-active and helpful. I would recommend that you try this service if your in the market for customer support or sales web chat solutions
