I really like the number of features available. Co-browse, survey management, and reporting just to name a few. The reporting capabilities from the agent to account level are incredible. They're great for refining my customer service experience. The price was right compared to other chat apps. The feature set is very good for the price. Velaro is always working to make their app better and adding new features. Fairly easy to administor.

Can be buggy at times.(Fixable Tho) Doesn't like some web pages.(There are workarounds) Make sure you understand the feature set you are going to get when you buy it. Their wording is not clear. Almost everything else costs a lot extra.

When it came time to purchase the software for $19.95 it was $59.95! Not a one-time charge as advertised, but $59.95 every 3 months. This type of deceptive marketing ruins it for HONEST Web Site Owners. They would not even bill it monthly. NO software is worth that. If your sales have been slow, this is why!

We bought it for the simplicity in integrating it in to our website, and we ended up getting it up and running in about 2 minutes. It is so feature rich, it makes me feel bad for the competition, such as LivePerson. When choosing a on-line chat, this is the only choice. I suppose the best thing for pessimists is that if for some insane reason, you don't like it, it's probably just as easy to remove from your site. That is to say, there is no risk for trying this web enhancing software. Even the big guys aren't fully utilizing this technology yet - which is rediculous considering how cheap it is, and how much my potential and future customers enjoy being able to talk to a rep 24 hours a day.
