Pros
The software is very stable and I can't remember a single crash of the app over the years. I use it permanently and couldn't work without it anymore. The software is very easy to use. I wonder why Typinator's functions aren't integrated in MacOS by Apple. The developers update the application on a regular base and answer e-mails very fast. Typinator saves me a lot of time while writing on a Mac and it's absolutely worth the money. If someone would ask me about the apps everyone should have for a good workflow, Typinator would definitely be in that list. It seems that the application has much more functions to offer than I already use. I'll check this out when I have a bit more time.

None. There's nothing negative to say about this app.
Summary
A must have on a Mac. One of these apps that simply work without getting in your way. If Apple would treat their software as the Typinator developers treat their own, it would be much more fun to use a Mac these days. Keep up the good work!

Pros
I've now been using Typinator constantly for a couple years, and I'm completely pleased, which is hard to do (I'm a power-user and a curmudgeon). I'm really impressed with the steady maintenance and development of the app. In addition to a rich set of features that just keeps growing, I've encountered almost no bugs at all, and certainly no serious ones. I'm sure they must be there, but Ergonis (developer) seems to be super diligent about squashing them.
Cons
For a perfect score, the app could use a visual makeover. :-) But, like the Millenium Falcon, it's got it where it counts.

Typinator technical support is excellent! The app works great, but there was an issue where I did not fully understand how to use it. Ergonis support is fast and efficient and quickly walked me through what I did not understand. Very satisfied.

Full potential requires you to learn a lot (REGEX, etc...); Portuguese auto-correction would be a great add on;
Summary
Typinator has been since v.4 one of my productivity gems, and I only miss not have knowing it before that. If you work in several fields of knowledge, if you write repetitive things, if you are always searching for the quickest and more efficient way of doing things, this one is for you. It can go from simple text expansion from abbreviations to REGEX and interactive external scripts. It's good to see when a company delivers such a great product with constant improvements and great user support.

Pros
I used to use other spelling correction software but it never worked out all that well. It was never upgraded or had constant conflicts with my main programs. Then I discovered Typinator and it has not failed me yet and I could could not be more please at how easy it is to use and to add my own library of words to it. This is well worth the cost for the ease of knowing my spelling will be right for all I do.

Honestly can't think of any 'con' for this program. I'm dry happy with it.

GREAT Program an I would have a really hard time if I no longer had it to use. Kudos to the developers as it is a really great Mac product!

Amazing app and real life/time saver! Can't work without it anymore :) Due to extensive daily work have to type a lot and therefore it really helps. Many repeating phrases are typed in seconds! Lots of mistypes are automatically corrected - I do not even notice it :) Samples of what I have: tka - Thank you in advance for your kind attention! cp - My cell phone number :) copyrights, greetings etc! It works regardless of language that you use! And version 6 brought me even more happiness with introduction of DOuble CAps correction!!! This feature I've been looking for a years literally!!! I type fast and very often do not undress shift in time resulting in DC :) Now I have a relief for this! This is amazing and thanks you, folks for this!!! Syncing sets through Dropbox is also amazing - I have two Macs (office/home) and if I enter anything new on one, I get same on my other mac. This is one of the rare apps that do cost its money and I never regret about this purchase for a second!
