Pros
This program is great for free. It has customer input, a customer database, ticket database, ticket history, simple reporting, historical information and other statistic reporting. Has one HUGE LIMITATION -- cannot print Call/Ticket information. WTF?!? The ability to print reports and statistical information is all you get. I have demoed this software for the last 2 weeks, therefore 2weeks of data stored in it. No printing? Ugggghh!!

Drawback #1 (Show stopper) - Inability to print the actual ticket, ticket history, ticket data, etc. There are no "print" options ANYWHERE! <p>Drawback #2 - The company's support department will not respond to emails or their own form-mail support request. I have tried 4x in this last week. Bottom line - Their support felt like a 5-mile walk at midnight down a lonely country road, "chirp, chirp..." :(

The set up after the download was GREAT and went with out any problems.
Cons
The trial version lacked samples and custom fields are not changed able. I would like to us more of the software to see if it is really what I am looking for.

I only have 3 people on our helpdesk and was thinking of employing 2 more analysts before I found Sky Blue. Our old helpdesk system was very slow, always crashing losing information and finding an existing call was almost impossible. Sky Blue is the very opposite, its very easy to use but most of all its the speed and reliability I most impressed with. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Does everything I need it to and more!! I have been using Sky Blue for 3 months now and have had no problems with it at all. Customer service is excellent, any questions I had have were answered within the same day.

I've downloaded about 10 different helpdesk programs and this was by far the best. The best thing about it is that its so easy to log a call. The look and layout of all the forms is very user friendly and only took me a matter of minutes before I was creating customers and logging calls. I have a very small business with only 5 analysts working for me, but all 5 of them said it was 10 times better than our old system. I would recommend this product to anyone!

Our helpdesk team have run skybluesupport alongside our existing helpDesk solution and we have been very pleased with the results. The intuitive user interface is very quick to pick up. You can locate customers and create calls rapidly, it is also possible to create bespoke call and customer information that matches your business needs. It also includes a great range of flexible reports and dynamic statistics that help me to keep in touch with the progress of each helpdesk group or Individual analyst. <p>If you are looking for a powerful yet cheap help desk solution then this is it.

Currently there is no Web interface however I understand this is in the pipeline and should be avaliable in the near future.
