Helps you to create and print fully customizable receipts for any situation (personal or business). You can customize the receipt with your personal name or your business name together with a logo of your choice. Also, includes a "Terms & Conditions" box, where you can include any text describing conditions for a given transaction. This will protect you against defaulting customers. Every receipt that you create or print for your customer, is automatically saved to an electronic database. This saved receipt is your copy that you can retrieve or print at any time later. This electronic database comes with an easy to use Search command, that you can invoke to look for any given receipt by simply entering just a few characters of the customer's name. Not only does this electronic database allows you to retrieve past receipts, it also lets you print a list of all the transactions for any time period to help you measure or gauge total cash flow for that period. Not only do you see individual amounts but also a total sum for all the amounts for any given period.For faster creation of receipts, you can also compose and store a list of all the kind of typical transactions conducted by you. So when you have to enter the purpose of the transaction, you simply select it from the list with a single click.For accountability purposes, each receipt issued to a customer will include the name of the employee issuing the receipt.
