WARNING !!!
Robert Welch- Pros
- None, since I can't get Readiris 15 to work. After paying for it, the activation code does not work and entering it causes Readiris to quit.
- Cons
- Worst of all, I.R.I.S. will not respond to my email requests for assistance and there is no phone support. They have a BBB rating of F with multiple unresolved issues, all involving failure to respond to customer service requests.
