• Unreliable Interface / Dismal Sound Quality

  Today I tried three times to log on to Raketu. The interface comes up, but freezes. "Program Not Responding" On the times I was able to log on and make a call (Rak-Out), the sound quality was dismal. <p>Raketu has a no refund policy, so customers are stuck donating $10 to their cause. <p>I chose this software since Skype was down for an extended period, and because Raketu got some positive reviews on the Internet. However, I feel Raketu can't hold a candle to Skype. Raketu is not at all ready for the big time. My experience is that it is unreliable, and the sound quality so poor, you really can't use it.

  Pros

  Raketu is the best in calling and conferencing! the costs of my international calls are absolutely FREE. Works well with headphones. The calls sound neat and clean. Also on my mobile phone, the system is perfect! Their new feature Rakweb is even better. It connects one phone with another... I use Raketu everyday: in my office, home, street.... simply outstanding

  RakWeb is not free, but has the lowest cost in the market...

  The Multimessaging seems cool as it allows to caht,with google,yahoo,msn and many more using only one application ! <p>Seems Promosing!

  it smothly works wath all the major im's. and i ahd no problem seting it up.for a basic user that want to sign on to an account so another can be used its ok. very basic

  the only feature that trillian toped this with was that it was unlimitted with the amount of accounts that could be signed on. Its not very cutomizable. very basic
