  Couldn't ask for an easier user interface. Can extract colours from an existing file then assign the same to another. Wide range of colours to be chosen and varied. Nice option for two different file icons also.

  In the micro-second environment of computers this added visual aid is a definite boost for choosing the folder looked for by its colour and appearance.

  Here's a way to color code directories when backing up to different drives. Some directories contain setup programs, others have data, etc. If you want to color code files, and show hint-text to popup when cursor goes over the folder, this works well

  None so far, not sure why the other user posted a negative, it's undeserved.

  Summary

  if you're trying to keep track of folders that you've either backed up, or need to backup, I used to tag the folders as "hidden" (making them lighter shade of yellow). Now I can tag folders with different colors, AND provide text to explain where they are backed up. I use another great program called "Folder Match" that keeps folders up to date. This isn't an ad for folder match, but an endorsement from someone who backs up files and needs to keep backups current. I hope the author posts any new features that come to mind. So far, I like the program. If you know what you're doing, you'll like it too (I think). Have fun.

  it installed and opened when i double clicked the icon.

  the slide works, the colors change in the sample, but absolutely nothing happens in windows explorer.<p>useless.
