  This has to be one of the fastest downloads I have ever done. It only took less than a half a second. Too bad when I tried to open the dang program it said something about a fatal error.

  Only recommendation is for those "non techies" who try to go directly to "open" from Setup without going to manual. May need an instruction that explains "Start/Program Files/FTC Publishing/.......or add a step that takes them directly to Samples.
