A little difficulty still to connect from client to a cloud server. But not much hassle for those who understand a little technology for such advanced set up.
Summary
Very robust system, can be installed even on a remote cloud server and accessed over in multiple locations. Paywings has no restrictions on number of users or number of employees. So it turns out to be very inexpensive for large enterprises. The software design is the best among all other software i have seen.

Integrated with AD/LDAP Integrated with Industry standard biomteric time and attendance devices. Highly parameterised to suit any payroll structure. Downloadable in your own PC/Server, and does not require internet to run.
Cons
Tax configuration is manual. Analytics can be improved.
Summary
Worth its price and more. Highly recommended for medium size and even small enterprises who cannot afford Kanexa, SAP or Peoplesoft. Your confidential employee information is at your own control and not in someone else's data centre.
